With Flu season, Cov!d still a thing, and school back in session that means GERMS, and lots of them. I love making these ginger shots at home because they are super affordable and it's easy to make a big batch to last the week.
Here's everything you need:

Recipe :
- fresh ginger root, cut into chunks
- fresh turmeric, sliced (use ground if you don't have fresh)
- a whole lemon, juiced
- juice of 2 limes, about 2 tbsp
- 3 mandarins or small oranges, peeled and cut into chunks
- cayenne pepper, black pepper (about a 1/2 tsp of each)
- water or coconut water
- Add everything to your blender and cover with water or coconut water ( for extra hydration)
- blend it all together
- strain with a fine mesh strainer into a glass container with a lid (turmeric will stain plastic)
- enjoy a shot glass size of juice first thing in the morning

Cheers, enjoy your shots!

Katie! I’ve done this for years. Now I may go tomorrow, not bragging, but I haven’t been sick in like years! . Everyone around me has gotten COVID and flu more than once.. I never got a thing! Full believer here!
